As Senior Regulatory and Compliance Officer for Infused SeedBall, he provides strategic counsel and planning to help navigate complex international regulatory landscapes within the voluntary carbon market. His expertise includes government relations, regulatory affairs, Indigenous affairs, and advocacy.

Mike is particularly focused on accelerating the growth of the clean technology sector, supporting both startups and established companies in accessing investment opportunities and scaling their operations.

He previously served as a key executive within the Government of Alberta’s Department of Energy, where he played a critical role in policy development and implementation in one of the world’s most significant energy-producing jurisdictions.
