Rob is an accomplished project management and construction professional with extensive experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors. He joins ISB as the owner of Porto Rico Resources Inc., a firm specializing in networking, business development, and construction consulting. Through this role, he leverages a vast network of industry contacts to connect businesses and individuals across a wide range of sectors.

Rob brings deep expertise in project management, construction, and permitting, supported by his work on major projects such as Teck Resources’ Neptune Terminal and Frontier Oil Sands Mine projects. He has also served as Vice President of Operations and Business Development for Technical Resource Management Inc., further strengthening his leadership and operational capabilities.

His experience has enabled him to build strong Indigenous relationships across Western Canada and the United States, where he is recognized as a trusted partner by many First Nations communities.

With a proven track record in large-scale project development, Rob offers a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience. He is highly skilled at navigating complex projects, managing diverse stakeholders, and delivering successful outcomes in challenging environments.
