Mr. Talby McKay is an entrepreneur and the holder of multiple patents and intellectual property assets. He has also built and led several successful businesses in the renewable energy industry.

Talby brings more than 25 years of experience in the biomass sector as an operator, manager, and company owner. He began his career in the industry through a family-based company in Alberta, Canada. In addition to holding multiple trade licenses, he has successfully managed all aspects of operations, from fieldwork to office administration.

Talby is also the founder of ISB Group of Companies, whose divisions include data collection and deployment through its AeroGrid™ systems, an innovative insurance company, and advanced bio-carbon manufacturing operations. ISB has also designed full turnkey afforestation and carbon credit programs through the use of its patented Infused SeedBall technology.

Recognizing the growing importance of environmental responsibility, renewable resources, and cost-effective climate change mitigation, Talby identified a need to help companies bid, manage, and develop projects in this rapidly expanding industry.
